Babynow - Returns 📦

Babynow products are safe to use and always fit for purpose. In the unlikely event of you have an issue we promise to make it right. Products must be returned to us within 30 days from order for refund or exchange. Products must be new + unopened with all of the product seals intact.

If your item is damaged on delivery or not working we will ask you to submit a warranty claim form - Once your details are verified we are happy to offer you at free exchange or refund.
